Ingredients
- 24 Yellow Jubilee Cherry Heirloom Tomatoes, diced (grow this tomato variety)
- 5 Abe Lincoln or Bonnie’s Best Red Heirloom Tomatoes, diced (grow this tomato variety)
- 2 Cherokee Purple Heirloom Tomatoes, diced (grow this tomato variety)
- 2-3 green jalapeño peppers, diced (grow this pepper variety)
- 3/4 of a large Grano red onion, diced (grow this red onion)
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (grow this cilantro)
- 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon granulated white sugar
- 2 teaspoons lime or lemon juice
Dice and combine ingredients into a large bowl. Serve with chips or alongside quesadillas! Note, this is a fresh salsa recipe and not intended for canning.
